JP Gilmore and Sean Ball with Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey

JP Gilmore

JP Gilmore has been a manager in the fine wine & spirits business for 18 years. Driven by a passion for fine wine, he began his career in a small fine wine shop. On the distributor side, JP managed wine and spirits divisions at both Missouri Conrad and Glazer’s Midwest and later gained hands-on experience when he helped start Premier Cru and built it to $7.5 million in sales as state-wide sales manager.

As founder of Vintegrity Missouri in 2008, JP has always been involved in every aspect of the business. JP initially acted as key sales representative carving out territories and building the company from the ground up. As the company has grown and multiple sales territories have been developed, JP’s work has transitioned primarily into management. He believes that the most important contribution he can make is to build and maintain relationships between Vintegrity, our customers, and the wineries & distillers that we represent.

Vintegrity Kansas is a new and exciting endeavor for JP, Sean Ball and Chris Tridle. JP is looking forward to building on what Vintegrity Missouri has accomplished in the great state of Kansas. Our family owned wineries and craft spirits distillers in our portfolio are equally excited to make the move into Kansas.

Born in Wichita, Kansas, JP moved to Bloomington Indiana with his family when he was three. After residing in Chicago after college, JP moved to Kansas City in 1995. JP lives in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife Elizabeth Mendez Gilmore and their 9 year old daughter Dahlia. Elizabeth grew up in Kansas City, Kansas and attended the University of Kansas and Washburn University.

Sean Ball

Sean Ball has been working with fine wine and spirits for the past 20 years. Sean caught the wine bug in Seattle in 1994. Sean was the Maitre’ D at The Columbia Tower Club in downtown Seattle and worked with some of the great Washington state wineries such as Quilceda Creek, Leonetti, and Woodward Canyon. Sean received his certified Sommelier accreditation in 2008.

Sean joined Vintegrity Missouri in 2009 and became General Manager and eventually partner in Vintegrity. He has helped grow Vintegrity Missouri with lots of hands on work and management.

Sean is looking forward to opening Vintegrity Kansas and growing and continuing the relationships with our importers, wineries and distillers.

Sean loves to cook and spend time with his lovely wife Carla and his two beautiful kids, Dylan who just turned 18 and Jada who is 15 years old.

Chris Tridle

Chris Tridle is a native Kansan who has been in the wine and spirits business for 15 years, and will be serving as the General Manager for Vintegrity Kansas. Chris has gained experience in the Kansas market over the past 10 years as first a District Manager and then a Regional Manager for Winebow Imports. The previous 5 years were spent in sales and management with fine-wine distributors in Kansas City, Missouri, where Chris and JP Gilmore worked together at Domaines & Estates. While with Winebow Imports, Chris was fortunate to be able to travel throughout Italy visiting wineries and distilleries, as well as the remarkable high-altitude vineyards of Argentina. He is very happy to again be focused on local business in the Kansas market, promoting the fine wine and spirits represented by Vintegrity Kansas.

Chris and his wife Elizabeth have two wonderful children, Bennett and Charlotte, and enjoy cooking, traveling and outdoor activities. They are glad to call Kansas home and to support locally-owned businesses of all sorts.

Courtney Weaver

Courtney Weaver, native Kansas Citian and Kansas City enthusiast, has been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and has worked nearly every position from host, server, bartender to manager. A passion for spirits and craft cocktails led to completing industry-leading bartender certification program, BarSmarts, and becoming an active member of the Kansas City Chapter of the United States Bartender’s Guild where she was recently appointed Chapter Secretary. She is an active volunteer with the nationally recognized Paris of the Plains Cocktail Competition in Kansas City, has competed in cocktail competitions, and introduced the craft cocktail movement to her most recent establishment by creating the cocktail program there and providing spirits training for bar staff.

Courtney received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from UMKC. She is currently expanding her education in the world of wine and is excited to further her career in the ever-growing wine and spirits industry.
